Capital of the Polish Language Festival in Szczebrzeszyn was part of the Restoring Memory project. Meetings with authors Mikołaj Grynberg, Mariusz Szczygieł, and Hanna Krall, whose The Phantom of Pain was one of the bestselling books at the festival’s bookstore, were complemented by culinary workshops with Maryla Musidłowska. Fundacja Sztuki Kreatywna Przestrzeń organized the festival.
