The Shalom Foundation and the Jewish Theatre’s Center for Yiddish Culture organized the 19th International Summer Seminar in Yiddish Language and Culture. The event was devoted to local issues, ecology, Polish-Jewish sightseeing, and cuisine. There were language courses, which explored rarely discussed source texts, and thematic lectures and specialist workshops.
