The meetings of the Żydoteka Foundation’s Jewish Book Club aim to popularize knowledge about Jewish culture and its influence on the development of Polish and global culture; get to know the most important literary works; commemorate events from Jewish history by a selection of diverse readings; and strengthen tolerance and social sensitivity. The meetings will be held monthly in the Tadeusz Taube Department of Jewish Studies at the University of Wrocław. Each meeting is a conversation about a book participants have read: about its themes, author, issues and other subjects that the reading brings up.
