A sound project using voices, music, and other sounds will raise awareness of the richness of Jewish culture. A project of the Orion Foundation, this sound landscape will include historical figures, such as Ester Rachel Kamińska, known as “the mother of Yiddish theater,” as well as fictional characters, their speeches read by actors. This sound work will immerse listeners in the scene and take them inside the Jewish theatre community of the early 20th century.
