Tomek (Tomasz) Ulatowski, graduated from Maritime University in Szczecin and the University of California, Berkeley and has over 37 years of experience in banking and investment management. In 1969 he emigrated from Poland to the United States, where he finished his studies and started working in banking sector in California. In 1991 he founded an investment company in San Francisco and since 1996 he has been investing in Poland. He believes, that the Museum can change the way people look at history.
Tomek Ulatowski and Ygal Ozechov are the originators and donors of the Poland-Israel Youth Exchange Programme (PIYE).
