Graduate of educational studies. She worked as a consultant therapist at Children’s Memorial Health Institute. In 1991 she founded and still runs the schools of the Civic Educational Association (Społeczne Towarzystwo Oświatowe, STO). She represents the STO at the Commission of Social Dialogue on Education. She is a member of the club of head teachers of non-public schools, and an expert of the Warsaw Cultural Education Programme. Since 2012 she has been a co-owner of the SJ Consulting company. She was one of the founding members of the Jewish Association B’nai B’rith in Poland.
