Marta Wróbel

Professionally connected with non-governmental organisations since 2001. In the years 2006-2007 she cooperated with the Museum of the History of Polish Jews as the coordinator of PIYE – Polish-Israeli Youth Exchanges. Since mid-2008 she has been working on corporate fundraising for the Museum and coordinating its fundraising projects, such as the Naming Opportunities offer; introducing the Gift Acceptance Policy – a procedure regulating the flow of donations and honouring the donors; coordinating the sponsoring sale of the Joshua Bell fundraising concert (10.2009 – net revenues of over PLN 1.100.000), coordinating the work of the Development Committee consisting of representatives of Polish businesses supporting the Museum. Since 2004 Chairwoman of the Board of the “Hope for the Future” Foundation. Scholarship holder of the American Department of State International Visitor Leadership Program on Public-Private Partnership and Fundraising in Support of Cultural Institutions. Education background
in linguistics and animation of culture. In 2007 she completed postgraduate studies at the Centre for Social Studies of the Institute
of Philosophy and Sociology, Polish Academy of Sciences.
