Book of Names — Treblinka Victims Database is a project of the Memory of Treblinka Foundation, which has fought for several years to commemorate the victims murdered there. The site of the Treblinka death camp is the world’s largest cemetery of Polish citizens, most of them Jews. The Foundation aims to find the names of the hundreds of thousands of victims who remain anonymous as a result of German efforts to erase every trace of the crime. The Foundation searches for every fragment of information it can find in various institutions around the world.
