As part of the Bridge of Memory project, the Wałcz Cultural Center plans to organize a multimedia lecture on the history of the town’s Jews, titled And where were they going?, to which residents and youth from the town’s schools will be invited. The lecture will be accompanied by an exhibition of archival photos of the synagogues that were found in Wałcz County. Additionally, youth members of the Teatr Inaczej theater group at the Cultural Center is preparing a production titled Dybbuk, referring to local Jewish history and culture. The project will also include a concert by Trio Bastarda devoted to mystical Hasidic songs.
