A monument in the Orla Jewish cemetery, a tombstone bearing the words “To our neighbors,” is a project of the Futurum Foundation. As part of this commemoration, local activists involved with this project organized artistic and educational events for those living in Orla today. The goal of this project is to change the image of Podlasie, a region identified with troubled Polish-Jewish relations and with the Jedwabne pogrom in particular.
