Przysucha’s Jewish heritage: the cemetery, stage III

The goal of the project is to carry out the third stage of clean-up work at the cemetery in Przysucha, which began in 2022. Thus far the Jewish Przysucha Association has managed to clear away a majority of the overgrowth and uncover the fence, and made plans to paint it. Even though the cemetery is exceptionally important for the history of the Jewish community in Przysucha, it remains neglected, and so the project’s goal is to thoroughly clean and tidy the area, removing the overgrowth to allow visitors to walk around freely. A lapidarium project is also being planned.
