Sokołów Podlaski Memorial Book (Tel Aviv, 1962) was translated from Yiddish to Polish by the Gszarim Foundation. This book, the most comprehensive record of Sokołów Jewish memories, describes how generations of Sokołów Jews lived, including religious and secular Jews, workers, intelligentsia and village idiots, their dreams and happy, carefree days and the trauma of torment and terror. The Gszarim Foundation has been commemorating the Jewish history of Sokołów Podlaski for several years.
