The Jewish Open University offers interdisciplinary activities related to Jewish culture: lectures, workshops and meetings for everyone who’s interested in Jewish history and culture and wants to deepen their knowledge of philosophy, theater, literature or visual arts. The goal of the activities is education on Jewish culture, with regard both to its traditional dimension and to modern culture and contemporary Jewish heritage. In 2024, two JOU semesters are planned, made up of about 70 lectures.
