Documentation of Jewish landmarks and places of remembrance in Poland

More than 30 years of work, 45 thousand
of document cards, 40 thousand
photographs, a few hundred meters
of documents gathered in binders.

Several hundred thousand people in the world had been waiting to be able to see this archive on the Internet. In 2017 around 3000 photographs showing the condition of landmarks of the Jewish culture were edited, and a documentation on landmarks and places of remembrance in Polish towns and Jewish cemeteries in Warsaw was made. We are planning to continue this project in the coming years. These works have been supported with a grant from Grants Committee of the Association of the JHI in 2018.
