Zbigniew Sztranc graduated from the Institute of Economic Sciences at the University of Warsaw. He has 35 years of experience in banking and financial institutions, including managerial positions in Bank Handlowy w Warszawie SA, Citibank, Bank Gospodarki Żywnościowej, where he was responsible for bank guarantees and credit risk management, among others. Between 1993 and 2001 he was the Director of the Credit Department at Bank Handlowy International SA Luxembourg. For 6 years, he has been working as a volunteer at the POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews.
